Revotees Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All Revotees apparel is made-to-order and fulfilled through our production partner, Printify. This allows us to offer high‑quality prints, consistent sizing, and fast fulfillment across multiple print providers.

Processing Time: Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. During peak seasons or high‑volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options depending on your location and the products in your order. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been produced.

Economy Shipping

  • Cost: From $3.99

  • US Delivery: 4–8 business days

  • International: Not available

  • Available On: Etsy, Shopify, Printify Pop‑Up Store, Printify API, manual orders

Standard Shipping (Most Common)

  • Cost: From $4.75

  • US Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • International Delivery: 10–30 business days

  • Available On: All sales channels, manual orders, CSV import

Priority Shipping

  • Cost: Calculated individually at checkout

  • US Delivery: 2–3 business days (depending on availability)

  • International Delivery: 3–5 business days (depending on availability)

  • Available On: Order upgrades, Shopify, WooCommerce, Printify API, manual orders, CSV import \When using the Printify Shipping Calculator for Shopify.

Express Shipping

  • Cost: $7.99 + $2.40 per additional item

  • US Delivery: 2–3 business days (including production time)

  • International: Not available

  • Available On: Etsy, Shopify, Printify Pop‑Up Store, Printify API, manual orders, CSV import


Shipping Regions

Revotees currently ships to:

  • United States (all methods available depending on product)

  • International destinations (Standard or Priority only)

Some products may have regional restrictions based on Printify’s print provider network.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.


Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, Revotees is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. If your order is returned to the print provider, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at support@revotees.com

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will work with Printify to resolve the issue quickly.


Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

However, we will replace items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
